Payment of Fees

Entrance Test Fees

The Entrance Test Fee is payable at the time the child is called in for an entrance test and this fees is Non-Refundable. The entrance test fee is KD 10/- per student and this has to be paid in cash only.

Once the child receives a formal offer from the school, a stipulated registration deposit will be charged, to enroll the child and secure the seat. This deposit is deductible from the annual fees of the child. If new students enroll during the course of the academic year, the school can charge tuition fees starting from the beginning of the month of enrolment.

Tuition Fees

The annual tuition fees can be paid as a onetime payment or is payable in three Instalments, which is stipulated in the school fees schedule. Year 12 and Year 13 fees are payable in two instalments as detailed in the fees schedule.

Tuition fees can be paid via online payment solution provided by the school OR by wire transfer directly to the school bank account which will be provided upon request.

For company reimbursement purposes - original Ministry stamped receipts can be obtained from the accounts office by completing fees payments in cash, cheque or K-nets.

Non-payment of Fees

Failure to pay school fees in time may result in a loss of the student’s place in school, withholding of their school reports, references, and/or examination results.


In order to secure your child’s seat for next academic year the following must be adhered to:-

Re-registration deposit of KD 100/- for the existing students has to be paid by March and this is deductible from the total tuition fees of the next academic year. Please note, this is a non-refundable deposit. Students are requested to complete all outstanding fee balance, in order to process re-enrollment for the next academic year.

Registration deposit for the new students will be indicated in the acceptance letter and this is deductible from the total tuition fees of the academic year. Please note, this is a non- refundable deposit once the student starts attending school.

Refund Policy

Registration and registration fees
  • For existing students the re-registration fees is Non-refundable.
  • For new students, part of the registration deposit will be refunded up to 15 th of August and after this period no refund will be allowed.
School Fees Refund will be calculated as follows:
  • Tuition fees paid prior to the beginning of the academic year are refundable but the registration / re-registration fees will not be refunded.
  • If the student is enrolled in the school for two weeks or less, a month’s fees have to be paid.
  • If the student is enrolled in the school for more than a month, the full term's fees will have to be paid.

Student Withdrawals

All students withdrawing from the school must submit a notification of their withdrawal in writing to the Secondary or Primary department office respectively. Clearance of fee payment is required, to ensure all necessary documents are ready in time.

Fees for the year 2020-2021

The fees charged by New English School are set in accordance with Kuwait Ministry of Education regulations. The fees are subject to revision upon Ministry approval.
